    The era of the third half time

    In the aftermath of the elections, the president-elect, Mr. Stéphane Kamga wishes to take in the first act, the appointment of a new technical team, this in order to boost the dynamism that has reigned within the group for some time.

    As appointed:

    • Coach: Armand Ebanda
    • Assistant coach: Patrice Moth
    • Physical trainer: Bertin Tsafack

    The year 2018 will be very important for the history of the association, because in addition to the cultural activities and events (barbecue, gala match, etc.), the following projects have been finalized:

    • Legalization of the association under the name of KSVL e.V.
    • Opening of a current bank account in the name of the association
    • Opening of a post office box in the name of the association

    In addition to physical activities aka “health” every Sunday, there has also been since the end of summer 2018, the activities of the “third half time”, inspired by Samuel Towo, who brought together many people.

    Still with a view to better structuring, elections for the KSVL e.V will be
    organized on 28.10.2018.

    The committee responsible for organizing these elections will be the same as that of the October 2017 edition.

    A committee composed of the following members:

    The novelty during the poll since 22.10.2017 is the presence of the advisers on
    the lists.

    The advisers are collaborators close to the office
    executive and also serve as mediator in conflicts between the members of the executive board or between the members of the association.

    On April 10, 2016 after a referendum, the very first democratically elected office of the KSVL will be formed.

    The organizing committee of the very first ballot was composed of the members
    whose names follow:

    At the end of the poll, the following people constituted the board of management:

    The evolution to more integration

    After the dislocation of the Kamerunische Studenten aus Ludwigshafen abbreviated (AS Lu) in April 2013, the group of which the majority were students and who ended up outside the city of Ludwigshafen for professional and various reasons.

    It was from this moment that a group of people who met every Sunday morning to play a part of a football match decided to set up a sports association in order to bring together Cameroonians as well as people. of all nationalities, developed lasting social cohesion between members.

    Thus the KSVL was born with the overarching objective in 2013 of legalizing the association with the competent legal authorities.

    The first management team of the KSVL was :

    • Samuel Towo (chairman)
    • Placide Tchokouassi (treasurer)
    • Douglas Fankam (sport managemer)
    • Brice Zekeng (equipment manager)
    • Bertin Tsafack (team captain)

    The first meeting to legalize the group takes place at Bahnhofstraße 47,
    67059 Ludwigshafen.

    After the meeting, the status proposals are made. These proposals will be
    revisited by Brice Zekeng and put into text by Samuel Towo.

    Sunday training is coordinated by physical trainer:

    Thierry Kamgue

    Bertin Tsafack

    Douglas Fankam will fill the role of coach during the various tournaments of the KSVL, in particular:

    • at the KSRN e.V. tournament in Mannheim
    • at the CamerLu tournament in Ludwigshafen

    AS Lu’s activities are echoed in the Rhein-Neckar subregion and invitations are pouring in from all over.

    AS Lu participates in several tournaments including :

    • Mannheim University Cup
    • The Mannheim Ksrn e.V.
    • Kaiserslautern tournament
    • La Liga Rhein-Neckar

    Camer Lu association through an official email asks AS Lu for a match friendly as part of the launch of their activities.

    The meeting was scheduled for August 27, 2011.

    AS Lu survived this era thanks to the crowdfunding method. Each member was asked to contribute a certain amount of money
    for each of the activities organized by AS Lu.

    Special thanks to Alex Nana and
    Placide Tchokouassi who repeatedly supported
    financially AS Lu and 2-0 at the time.

    From 2010 to 2012 the activity of the group is in full swing, cohesion reigns and a lot of
    members manage to rediscover the friendly and warm atmosphere so much sought after.

    So we could say at that time that we were in
    pass to succeed in the mission which the association had set itself at the start; that of living together and
    mutual aid.
    Despite the fact that the group at the start was intended only for Cameroonians,
    we were able to integrate other people of diverse origins including Björn
    (Kosovo / Ukraine) and Serge (Benin), hence the name change to “Afrikanische
    Studierende aus Ludwigshafen ”

    On this date, we will see the very first appearance of a board of directors even if it is not legalized, composed of :

    The genesis of “2-0”

    The Beginning : “2-0“

    The KSVL e.V, from its original name “2-0”, was created at the dawn of summer 2010 in May.

    The idea was born from the observation, made by young Cameroonians from the city of Ludwigshafen, on the absence of an associative group. The main objective of the creation was to promote social cohesion and lead community actions to improve the daily life and the integration of Cameroonian students in the city of Ludwigshafen on different social, academic and financial levels.
    In this process, a Yahoo group called “Kamerunischer Studenten aus Ludwigshafen ”was created on June 20, 2010 to better coordinate communication around group activities.
    Between June 2010 and January 2013, the “2-0” runs at full speed and communication is going well form in the yahoo group mentioned above.
